1 bottle of extra virgin olive oil
1–6 fresh whole chillies

Method

Pour a little oil out of the bottle, then drop 1–6 fresh whole chillies into the bottle. Top up with oil and leave to infuse for a few days before using. Dried chillies may also be used, though the flavour will be more pungent.
