Method

Replace the ganache and chocolate topping with 165 g ( oz/½ cup) jam (apricot or raspberry work well) and 80 g ( oz) nuts (pine nuts or pistachios, depending on your taste) and sprinkle the rugelachs with the mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
