Method

This is the method I use when I’m making bacon for just a few people or when using an oven is impractical.

Lay the strips of bacon side by side in a cold non-stick frying pan. Heat over medium heat and after a few minutes, when the bacon naturally comes unstuck from the base of the pan, turn the slices using chopsticks or tongs. Continue cooking and turning until the bacon is as crispy as you like it. Drain on paper towels and serve.
