Method

Graham Crackers® are the biscuits used for s’mores. To make extra-large s’mores, just make your home-made Graham Crackers® thicker and wider. Roll out the dough until about 5 mm (¼ inch) thick and cut into rectangles about 10 x 8 cm (4 x 3¼ inches). Cook them for 18–20 minutes until they’re golden brown. Separate biscuits with a pastry cutter as soon as they come out of the oven and let them cool on a rack. You need two biscuits to make a s’more.
