The most popular ramen noodle accompaniment, these Japanese flavoured eggs are also delicious eaten on their own, or with other dishes, such as my Somen noodle & chicken salad. They are best made a day in advance, and take your time and be gentle when handling the eggs, as they are very soft and fragile. Warning – these are very addictive!
