  • About

These drumsticks are an all-time family favourite. Nowadays, I describe them as chicken lollipops. My mother took the time to fashion the chicken drumettes (the meaty first joint of the wing, also called wingsticks) into ‘meaty balls on bone sticks’, hence looking very much like drum mallets … or lollipops in the eyes of my daughter Lizzie.
