This is a caprese salad taken up a few notches, and it tastes more like a splurge than a salad. I love it as a main course in the summertime—somehow I feel that gives me carte blanche to have as much as I want. For the tomatoes, try to use a mixture of all different shapes, sizes, and colors for visual appeal.
