I love white pizzas but often find them to be a little bland. Here, I boost the flavor a few ways. First, I season the dough with a few glugs of olive oil and a good dose of salt. Next, I sprinkle the dough with a combination of creamy mozzarella, tangy feta, and nutty Parmigiano-Reggiano. And, finally, I top the pizza with a lemony pile of greens.
