These waffles are one of my most-requested items for breakfast-for-dinner—or “brinner,” as my kids like to call it. The batter comes together quickly. And everyone seems to enjoy the waffles in one form or another: the kids drench them with syrup; Michael dips them in mustard; and I love them with syrup and a poached egg on top. A “brinner” winner!
