It’s rich and slightly tangy, with a spot-on cheesecake flavor. You’ll be glad to know that the recipe does not require an ice cream machine. Simply blitz all of the ingredients in a food processor and put the mixture in the freezer. Like magic, it freezes up smooth and creamy.
