  • 200 g tinned chickpeas
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor, leaving a few to garnish.
