  • 250 g tin tuna
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ½ red onion
  • 6 chives
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor, leaving a few to garnish.
