  • 4 red onions
  • 8 new potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce (ketchup)

Method

Preheat the oven to 120°C.

Cut the unpeeled onions in half and rinse the potatoes.

Mix together the tomato sauce, maple syrup and soy sauce.

Melt the butter in a flameproof casserole dish and brown the ribs on all sides. Cover with the sauce and season with pepp
