One Knife, One Pot, One Dish

  • 3 onions
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce (ketchup)
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 8 good frankfurters
  • 4 slices emmental cheese

1 baking dish

1 chopping board


Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Peel and slice the onions.

Mix together the tomato sauce, mustard and barbecue sauce, and add the onions to this mixture.

Arrange the sausages in a baking dish, cover with the onions, then with cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
