  • 3 onions
  • 300 g artichokes in oil
  • 1 rabbit, cut into 8 pieces</

Method

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

Peel and thinly slice the onions. Slice the artichokes.

Place the rabbit in a baking dish, add the artichokes and onions, sprinkle with fennel seeds, drizzle with olive oil and pour in the white wine.
