One Knife, One Pot, One Dish

Ingredients

  • 400 g leftover roast meat (lamb, pork...)
  • 250 g dried pasta
  • 200 g leftover vegetables (peas, ratatouille...)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 g grated cheese

1 baking dish

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Chop the leftover roast meat into small cubes.

Mix the dry pasta with the meat and leftover vegetables.

Season with salt and pepper.

Put everything into a baking dish, cover with vegetable stock, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
