  • 4 bintje potatoes (600 g)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 80 g butter

1 flameproof casserole dish

1 saucepan*


Peel and cut the potatoes into large cubes.

Place the milk, cream and butter in a saucepan.

Add the potatoes and cook for 20 minutes over low heat. Mash them with a fork and season.
