  • 2 onions
  • 3 slices speck (Italian cured hind leg ham)
  • 400 g chestnuts, vacuum-packed
  • Salt and pepper


Peel and slice the onions.

Cut the speck into lardons. Sauté the speck with the onions for 5 minutes in a frying pan, add the chestnuts and cook on the heat for 10 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.
