One Knife, One Pot, One Dish

  • 4 red onions
  • 80 g butter
  • 200 ml white wine
  • Fine sea salt
  • 1 bunch fresh herbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Cut the onions in quarters, leaving the skin on, arrange them in a flameproof casserole dish, add the butter and white wine, cover and cook for 15 minutes on a low heat. Season with fine sea salt and serve with the herbs brushed with olive oil.
