Ingredients

  • 200 g organic tofu
  • 1 kg fresh peas
  • 6 wonton wrappers
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 bunch shiso

1 flameproof casserole dish

1 chopping board

Method

Cut the tofu into cubes.

Shell the peas. Slice the wonton wrappers into strips.

Bring the vegetable stock to the boil and add the peas, tofu and wonton strips. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the shiso leaves and serve.
