  • 30 g hazelnuts
  • 30 g pistachios
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 1.5 teaspoons fennel seeds
  • 50 g polyfloral honey
  • 300 g Fourme d’Ambert blue cheese
  • Country-style French bread

Method

Mix together the nuts, fennel and honey.

Serve the cheese with country-style bread and top with the nut and honey mixture.
