  • 2 tomatoes
  • 6 chives
  • 1 spring onion bulb
  • 1

Method

Dice the tomatoes and finely chop the chives.

Finely chop the spring onion bulb with its stem, and the celery.

Mix all with the olive oil and season with salt.

Serve with the fresh Sainte-Maure.
