  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

Method

Toast the pumpkin seeds for a few minutes in a dry frying pan.

Mix together the pumpkin seeds, mustard seeds, pepper and jam.

Serve the spiced redcurrant jam with the cheese and toasted pain d’épice.
