  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 pinch Espelette pepper
  • 150 g redcurrant jam
  • 1 Tomme de Savoie cheese (semi-hard natural-rind cheese)
  • Pain d’épice (French mixed spice bread)

1 frying pan

Method

Toast the pumpkin seeds for a few minutes in a dry frying pan.

Mix together the pumpkin seeds, mustard seeds, pepper and jam.

Serve the spiced redcurrant jam with the cheese and toasted pain d’épice.
