  • 2 granny smith apples
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 50 g flaked almonds
  • 1 bunch mint

1 baking dish

1 sheet foil

1 zester


Peel and core the apples and cut into cubes.

Hull the strawberries.

Zest one of the lemons and juice both.

Mix the lemon juice with the honey.

Arrange the fruit in a baking dish, add the almonds, lemon zest and mint and drizzle with the honey-lemon juice.

Cover with a sheet of foil and bake for 15 minutes.
