  • 125 g butter
  • 12 apricots
  • 125 g caster sugar
  • 125 g almond meal
  • 2 eggs

1 baking dish


Take the butter out of the refrigerator at least 1 hour before starting so it is quite soft. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Halve the apricots and remove the stones.

Mash the soft butter with a spatula until creamy. Mix with the sugar and almond meal, then beat in the eggs.

Pour the almond batter into a baking dish, arrange the apricots on top and bake for 20 minutes.
