  • 3 eggs
  • 300 ml pouring cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 8 slices brioche
  • 80 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar

1 baking dish


Preheat the oven grill to 180°C.

Beat the eggs with the cream and honey.

Soak the brioche slices in this mixture.

Put the butter in the baking dish and bake for 2 minutes to melt.

Lay the brioche slices in the dish, sprinkle with sugar and bake for another 5 minutes.
