1 flameproof casserole dish
1 chopping board
1 food processor
Peel and slice the apples. Halve the apricots, cherries and nectarines. Peel and slice the ginger into thin matchsticks.
Place the fruit and ginger in a flameproof casserole dish, add the lemonade and simmer over low heat, covered, for 15 minutes. Purée in a food processor.
