Ingredients

  • 200 g (7 oz) chilled vanilla custard base
  • 100 ml ( fl oz) pure cream (35% fat)
  • 100 g ( oz) double cream (45–50% fat)

Method

Put the chilled vanilla custard with the combined creams in a bowl and whisk until soft peaks form. Cover and refrigerate until required.
