Ingredients

  • 100 g ( oz) wheat starch flour
  • 50 g ( oz) cornflour (cornstarch)
  • 50 g ( oz) rice flour
  • 100 ml ( fl oz) soda water

Method

Mix all of the flours together in a bowl. Weigh out 50 g ( oz) of the combined flour and whisk in the soda water to form a loose slurry. Set aside the remaining flour.
