  • 400 ml (14 fl oz) milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks, extra
  • 1 tablespoon squid ink
  • sea salt

Method

In a medium bowl, whisk all ingredients together. Fill eight 50 ml (1 ¾ fl oz) capacity round ramekins with the mixture. Cover each ramekin with plastic wrap and set aside in the refrigerator until required.
