Ingredients

  • 100 g ( oz) mild Korean fermented red chilli paste
  • 50 g ( oz) Korean fermented whole yellow bean miso
  • 15 ml (½ fl oz) garlic oil
  • 10 ml ( fl oz) virgin black sesame oil

Method

Combine all of the ingredients, whisking well. Pass through a fine drum sieve. Cover and refrigerate until required.
