White Soy & Seaweed Dressing

Ingredients

  • 150 ml (5 fl oz) white soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried wakame

Method

Warm the soy sauce in a small saucepan to simmering point. Add the wakame. Remove from the heat and allow to steep for 10 minutes. Strain and discard wakame, then reserve the soy sauce until required.
