  • 80 freshly picked evening primrose flowers

Method

Spread the flowers on a tray lined with silicone paper and dry in a dehydrator or 80°C (175°F/Gas ¼–½) oven for approximately 2 hours until brittle.

Allow to cool and store the flowers in an airtight container until required.
