  • 1 whole palm heart grapeseed oil, to dress sea salt

Method

Prepare the palm heart by peeling off the layers until you have only the central core left. Slice the central core of the palm heart into 1 mm (1/32 inch) thick discs. Set aside until required. Just before serving, lightly dress the palm heart slices with grapeseed oil and season with sea salt.
