Our cook in Thailand introduced me to this snack and I found it delightful. It was also an instant hit with my children. When two of my students here got married last year, they requested that I cook Thai food for the wedding reception. This was one of the dishes that I chose and it was rewarding to see all the relatives and guests, most of whom had probably never tasted Oriental food before, let alone Thai, consuming the Kanom Pan Nar Moo with gusto.
