I have been unable to find the exact origin of this title but it is interesting to speculate. From the grins of the Thai, I know that it has something to do with a mother-in-law who doesn't have a high opinion of her son-in-law! However, just when you think there cannot possibly be a new approach to egg cooking in the entire lexicon, here is a real original, and it is delicious.
