A delicate dish with subtle flavor, Neua Tang is quickly and easily prepared. It makes an excellent entrée for a light lunch.

Combine the shrimp and pork in a bowl. Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it is just simmering. Stir in the shrimp/pork mixture. Bring to a boiling point and reduce heat to simmer. Cook uncovered for 3 minutes. Stir in the salt, pepper and sugar. Add the chilli slices. Pour into a serving dish and sprinkle with coriander leaves. Serve with plain rice.
