Remove the wrapping from the noodles and, while still wet and folded, cut them in wide (approximately ½") strips. Heat the oil in a wok on high, and lightly fry and toss the garlic and noodles for 2 minutes. Add the meat and its stock. While stirring, let this mixture come to a boil. Now add the broccoli and all the remaining ingredients while tossing and stirring. Serve immediately with rice.<
