In a wok, heat the oil and fry the garlic until golden. Quickly add the pork and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the shrimp and warm through. Sprinkle with fish sauce, sugar and pepper. Stir in the bean sprouts and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes, or until sprouts are tender but still crisp. Serve immediately.
