Ingredients

3 large (diameter) zucchini, about 6" long or 2

Method

Heat the water in a steamer. With a spoon, carefully scoop out most of the zucchini seeds and some of the flesh to form a dish in each column. Set aside. In a bowl, combine the pork, garlic and black pepper until well mixed, then season with fish sauce. Stuff each vegetable dish with the pork mixture, packing well down into the cavity.
