cups glutinous rice (sticky or sweet rice), soaked ove

Method

Cook rice according to rice instructions, Chapter 3, Fundamentals. Pour the “Thick” coconut milk into a bowl and stir in sugar and salt until dissolved. Add the warm sticky rice and let the mixture stand for 30 minutes.

Arrange the reassembled mango halves on a platter and spoon the sticky rice in heaps beside them. Spoon the coconut “Cream” over the stick
