Passionfruit Juice

Passionfruit juice is not available in an instant form, so having frozen supplies to hand means you can achieve the intense flavour of the fruit without the presence of the seeds at any time of the year. Use passionfruit juice to flavour ice-cream, sorbet, cream, custard, a soufflé batter, syrup and so on. One ripe passionfruit yields about 10 ml or 2 teaspoons juice.
