Cumquat Marmalade

Try adding this marmalade to a tart with a ginger or orange custard, baking it in brioche or spooning it between layers of puff pastry with vanilla cream. I also use it instead of brandied cherries in the cherry almond cake that appears in Paramount Cooking.
