A store-bought pastry situation, packed full of white chocolate, raspberries and pistachios. This is a really pretty bake and I can promise everyone will be in awe: this is perfect for those social media shots! You can make it the night before and bake it in the morning if that’s easier.

Ingredients

  • 100 g (3 oz) white chocolate, broken into pieces

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan (220°C/430°F/Gas 7) and line a large rectangular baking tray with baking parchment (or a silicone liner).

Melt the white chocolate in a microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring regularly to make sure it doesn’t burn. Leave to cool.
