Savoury Baked Cheesy French Toast

Putting a savoury spin on our breakfast chapter, this baked French toast is made in one large pan, making it ideal for families or to gather friends around! Use stale bread, cover it in cheesy goodness and add any veg that needs using (tomatoes and peppers work really well). It’s a great one to make ahead, as it needs to sit around in the mixture for a while before baking – half an hour absolute minimum – so it can be prepped and sit overnight.
