A one-bowl, minimal-kneading, minimal-fuss bread, packed with red pesto and shredded mozzarella for a really delightful thing. The smell of cheesy bread being baked is truly unmatched, and I highly recommend serving these alongside tapas-style snacks. Put the flour, yeast and sugar in a large bowl, or the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook attachment, then add the salt, keeping it separate from the yeast.
