Spring Green, Pesto & Courgette Flower Tart

Perfect for a warmer day, this tart can be made using whatever fresh veg might be in season. Courgette (zucchini) flowers are increasingly easy to find in supermarkets, but this is not a necessity for the bake – just something to add a little wow factor! The vegetable weights are approximations, if you go over or under that’s absolutely fine; the goal is simply to cover the tart.
