Having started my baking blog and social media profile during my time living in Aberdeen, it feels crucial to include a little twist on a Scottish classic. These are a star on a cheeseboard, or to keep them really classic, serve with a lentil soup. These are super simple to make, and you can have such fun with them – I like using heart-shaped cookie cutters for a cute look!
