Vegan No-bake Chocolate & Pistachio Bars (tiffin)

A tiffin is another word for fridge cake or no-bake cakes. This recipe comprises lots of melted chocolate, biscuits and fruit folded together, then left to set in the fridge before slicing. This makes it really versatile, so do play with the flavours/biscuits/add-ins. This will sit in the fridge for a few days, tempting you to come and take a piece every time you open the door!
