Before anyone starts telling me ‘white chocolate isn’t real chocolate’, my response is that I simply don’t care. There is something so luscious about white chocolate! So, turning it into whipped ganache just made sense to me. This is easier than it may sound, and provides a great alternative to a classic buttercream-style frosting. Upon serving this, do expect to cut repeatedly as it is devilishly moreish!
